Creative Flow in Nature Retreat

Puerto Morelos, Mexico

February 3-8 2027

Cost per person: $2,400
Limited to 7 participants

Rediscover your inner rhythm...

Join artist Yazmin Bowers and psychotherapist Tom Undine for a five-night creativity retreat in the jungle of Puerto Morelos, along the magical Ruta de los Cenotes. Just minutes from the Caribbean coastline and a vibrant local community, this intimate retreat invites you to slow down to the rhythm of nature and tune into your own inner wisdom and creative essence.

Through daily meditation, movement, visual art, singing, and dance, you’ll explore the elements of nature as mirrors for your own inner creative process. Rooted in Jungian wisdom, this retreat offers a rich container for transformation, reflection, and playful exploration - whether you’re a seasoned artist or simply seeking creative renewal. Each day will focus on a theme of the elements of nature along with an artistic practice and a journaling prompt. The retreat will also feature offerings from local guest artists from this area who will bring their own gifts to share.

With a maximum of 7 participants, this retreat offers personal attention, community intimacy, and private accommodations — all designed to help you slow down, open up, and return to something deeper.

Yazmin Bowers

Yazmin Bowers is a musician, dancer, visual artist, and writer who has spent the last two decades performing, creating and teaching across these various fields. A powerful singer-songwriter and pianist, Yazmin weaves heartfelt lyrics with Cuban-influenced sounds, shaped by years of dedicated study and deep musical roots from childhood. She performs with her band Yazmin & Beat Zero, based in Minneapolis, MN. She also has spent the last 6 years leading group trips abroad, creating meaningful cultural and artistic immersions for participants. Most recently, however, she’s become fascinated by the creative process itself and helping others to tap into this universal force, no matter the medium or experience level. She combines years of practice as a meditator with skills she’s gained as a singer, dancer, painter, and songwriter to invite others into this playful, creative space
